Enriching Jewish cultural identity and connection in Europe’s largest Jewish community.
Due to the increase in anti-Semitism in many suburbs of eastern Paris, there has been a huge migration of the Jewish population to the western area of the city, especially the 17th arrondissement (district). The European Jewish Center was built in this area, home to the largest Jewish community in Europe with over 40,000 people.
- 600 Seats in the Synagogue
- 5,000 SQM Building Area

A New Home
The project was designed to accommodate all members of this new community, from the most Orthodox to the completely secular, with a beautiful synagogue and a wonderful cultural center.

Activities for All
The center will host activities such as conferences, film screenings, theatrical performances, lessons in Hebrew (ulpanim), acting and singing, courses in Jewish philosophy and history, exhibitions, a library, and many more. Partnerships with European Jewish communities will also be established, including activities and exchanges between Jewish European youth.
