In this show, the musicians are the storytellers.
Sergei Prokofiev’s famous tale, loved around the world, was arranged for a wind quintet in a new and colorful version combining music, theater, and movement with props and costumes designed by Mai Aylon. The musicians themselves relate the story, portraying the different characters as they move on the stage. They act and share the plot with the audience through its dramatic turn of events, all the way to the happy ending.
