The Samson Assuta Ashdod Hospital, established in 2017, is Israel’s newest. Thanks to its partnership with PLFA, it has built a hugely important project encompassing the Center for Pediatric Medicine, Pediatric Clinic, Pediatric Trauma Center, and Women and Maternity Department—all named for Dr. Lina Drahi.
Babies, moms, and women in general living in the southwest of the country can now enjoy top care, every day at every stage, with the comfort and dedication they deserve. The hospital’s talented team of physicians, nurses and other staff chose to join motivated by the challenge of establishing a modern healthcare facility from scratch. And they have certainly delivered.
Besides a spacious facility equipped with the very latest in medical technology, Assuta Ashdod is a green hospital that meets international environmental standards, while offering its patients a range of digital services and interfaces. Located in Israel’s 5th largest city, it plays an important role in serving the community, providing employment opportunities and attracting citizens to healthcare professions.
